3. Requests and quotes

Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation. After reviewing your requirements we confirm the scope, timeline and price. Work begins only after you confirm those details.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, instructions and deadlines, and for complying with your institution's academic policies. Incomplete or inaccurate instructions may affect what can be delivered.

5. Deadlines

We confirm whether a deadline is realistic before accepting work. Deadlines assume that required information and materials are supplied at the start; late information may affect delivery.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions and clarification within the originally agreed scope and instructions can be discussed. Requests that change the scope, subject or requirements may be treated as new work.

7. Payment

Pricing is agreed in advance for each project. Payment terms, methods and any staged arrangements are confirmed with you as part of the project details.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee grades, marks, assessment outcomes or institutional acceptance. Any claim of guaranteed academic results would be unrealistic and we do not make one.

9. Acceptable use

Support must be used responsibly and in line with your institution's rules. We may decline or discontinue a request that we believe would involve misrepresentation or misuse.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties keep project communication confidential. Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Website content, including text and design, belongs to Assignments Agent. Material prepared for your project is provided for your own use in line with the Academic Integrity page.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
